Excellent Our Maggie walks right in and enjoys her time at the "beauty shop" All the dogs talk back and forth and the groomers do a great job and their fees are reasonable We'd tried a couple of other places but they weren't very friendly and they smelled These ladies know their clients and obviously enjoy what they do Our baby likes it, what more could you ask

I drive all the way from Griffin, Ga. to bring my Baby to Pampered Pooch!! I have a springer spaniel and I have been to every groomer in the griffin area and each one was just horrible to my baby! I was even told by one that my dog could not be shaved!!! So when I came to Lori I was very nervous and scared.. But desperate as well she was so sweet to me and Berklee and reassured me everything would be ok! That was a year ago! No worries about leaving pet with Lori and her staff. Lori has the very best groomers in this area. Awesome owner and wonderful staff. You know we as pet lovers has to brush and give our pets baths as well. My Poodle and Yorkie always looks GREAT!
The owner was booked full but worked my dog in at last minute. I wasn't sure what to expect since previous groomers didn't do the best job on my English Springer. When I saw Stella for the 1st time after her groom I was blown away!! She looked like a brand new dog!! The groomers live 25+ mins from me but they are so good I'm willing to drive it. Not only did they do a phenomenal job they are reasonably priced compared to other groomers. Can't say enough good things!!
