Not super thrilled about the customer service experience here. My appointment in 2024, I was asked if I wanted a contact lens check and it didn't happen. When I asked for it, I was just given an extension on my current prescription even though things had changed. This year with my appointment I made sure I had the lens check done and was given a new sample.
