Withheld the doctor signed prescription, which is an ILLEGAL practice. I only got the prescription written down on a separate piece of paper after asking maybe 6 times for it (but not before the receptionist said "we don't need any прете́нзия"). Receptionist also gave my insurance card to someone else who then left the store and drove away. Felt like an honest mistake and I laughed it off because we got it back, but that was entirely at the good will and schedule of the man with my card, they're very unprofessional. I’ve been through my share of eye doctors, but Dr. Galina stood out. She talked through how we’d monitor everything moving forward. The Cazal frames I picked out look amazing! I left feeling cared for, and I don’t say that lightly.
I'm really glad we stopped by! We had some concerns about our kid's eyesight, and even though they were busy, they fit us in within an hour. The exam was thorough and doctor used new tech. She took time to answer everything. We’re super happy with the service and the location, so the whole family will be coming here.
I wasn’t sure where to go for an eye exam . A friend recommended this spot and I’m so glad I listened . I got thin , light lenses with anti reflective coating , and a pair of prada frames that look super chic !!
