I came for an oil change…before service started the service guy rattled off all the recommendations for 20k miles on my car…then asked if I wanted to add any services and I said no. So I thought I was just getting an oil change and regular checks that are done during the oil change. After service was complete I got a brake fluid change and an oil change costing me $280. I was not expecting that and Feel like I was taken advantage of.
Charged me $80 for a cabin filter, never coming back there….
I purchased a 2025 Nissan Rogue in April. In September a malfunction light came on , while trying to figure out. I found that my car had been rear ended prior to to my purchasing it, and a poor job had been done repairing it, and several other things were wrong with the safety features. My Auto took care of everything that was wrong with and didn’t charge me anything. It was all covered under the warranty. Charlie in service was wonderful, he was helpful and kind.
