Been going here since 2024. Things just keep changing and in 2025 nothing stayed consistent. Not sure why but as someone in recovery I feel like consistently and stability is a must. I also released myself from here to find a more stable office and had a hard time getting my paperwork, had to go 2 times and still didn't get everything as pages were missing from my files.
I've been going here the last couple years... and things have just changed. Everything is different now than when i started and i know things change, but the people just got weird. While they've went thru doctors, Dr. STACEY is who I felt most comfortable with. Even tho she left, I decided to go see her and her new practice at 329 Sanford Dr, Morganton, NC. Im excited for this because it's a whole wellness program.
I have been to a few different doctors in morganton and I can tell you I thank God for my next steps and all the incredible women that work there! They truly care, want to help and dont judge you. Thank you all so much! I love my next steps family!
I would rate less if possible. I went in and was treated with no kindness and no patience from the nurse and attendant. I explained my situation over the phone beforehand and was supposed to be seen for an adverse reaction to a medication. After leaving in tears, the front desk lady called me. She is as sweet as can be and is the ONLY good thing I have to say about this place. Dr Moretz called me and spoke to me after I left. My Next Steps literally saved my life. When i decided to go there i had a one way train ticket to hell. They didn't judge, condemn, criticize or make me feel uncomfortable, in fact it was the opposite, i was able to tell them any and everything and instead of being met with judgements i was met with compassion and understanding.
