Malik was very helpful and professional but stiĺl friendly and empathetic as i was stressed and sad about my accident. i told him what i was looking for and he was very quick to find me a match; i love my new vehicle. malik made the whole experience easy giving me all the pertinent info, answering any questions i had, and clearly explaining the whole car buying process (tags, title, registration, etc.). i absolutely recommend highly rated auto; it was truly apleasure to deal w/malik!
