My front teeth were knocked out during a bad motorcycle accident, I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Peyray at My New Smile. From the minute that I walked into the office I knew I had come to the right place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, after only 2 visits my work was completed. So now my wife tells me my smile is a beautiful smile, I couldn’t be any happier with my New smile. Thank you so much Dr. Peyray and staff.
I went for a consultation and was so confused on what to do first I was just lost. The dentist changed his recommendations three times and then left the room. I asked about my confusion and got no where. I also asked about if my medical insurance could help pay for this and they said they might. The office was new at this insurance option and sent it out to a third party company. I started this mess in May and haven’t heard back from them. Hi Nancy, this is Dr. Raissi, I apologize for how you feel. We saw you for a free consultation in May during Covid. You are not a patient that I have actually worked on. We did discuss the option of Medical Billing with you to help ease the upfront out of pocket cost as you said it was necessary. However, we made it very clear we were just getting this process started and were not able at that point to actually bill your medical insurance until we have the system fully functional.
