I would not recommend renting from My New Rentals. Throughout our tenancy we had constant plumbing problems because the sewer system was poorly built. Instead of fixing it properly, the owner kept delaying and even tried to convince us it was somehow our fault – only later it came out that the construction was defective. In the meantime, we had to deal with clogged toilets, showers, and even sewage coming back up into the bathroom. The process to get approved and move in is great. I’ve been able to do everything from my phone and on my time. They are very helpful and so kind. That’s a rare thing now days with rental companies. We absolutely love our beautiful home. I highly recommend checking them out.

Very great company! Move-in was fast, responsive and leasing agent Mrs Silva was very helpful! Their hones are beautiful as well. Would definitely recommend

MyNewRental.com kept $1,875 of my deposit — renters, be warned. I rented through MyNewRental.com for two full years and vacated the property at 186 Sweetpea Ct, Poinciana, FL in pristine condition — clean, undamaged, and fully ready for the next tenant. Despite this, they withheld $1,875 from my $2,175 deposit with no valid documentation, no photos, and no receipts. They claimed baseless fees like: $500 for cleaning — even though the place was spotless $924 for touch-up paint and repairs — normal wear and tear is not chargea... read more
