I’ve been a patient for almost 5 years now. I had a serious issue, which prompted my first visit. It was handled with care, concern and urgency. That experience led to me keeping them as my primary care provider. I’ve had a number of checkups and referrals since, and I’ve always been happy.
I love my primary care! It might be TMI, but I just had my Well Woman Exam (as I believe EVERY woman should) and I had such a great experience, I had to felt compelled to share. Healthcare needs more of these personable, neighborhood doctors that really care.
Answer to your answer. Your medical assistant was unwilling to look in the medical records that you got from my original pcp who diagnosed me with COPD. it took me a while to get in to see him, but I saw him monday. Today a manual wheelchair was delivered while I'm approved for a power wheelchair. I also have a home nurse scheduled to come in and help me as well as physical therapy. my 1st visit was awesome everyone was smiling and very nice. what i really liked the most is i didn't feel rushed. the Dr. took time to listen to me. I know have my whole family going.
