Earl helped me with an issue while others would not even look at. He fit me in quickly and was able to help diagnose the problem and get us ready to travel.
Earl has got to be one of best RV techs out there! He is honest and so reasonable with his services' pricing. I contacted him to diagnose/repair 2 items on my RV. Not only did he get them done, but he showed me ways to save on other repairs and prevent issues in the future. Besides all that, he is a truly good guy! One of the last of the really good guys out there! I highly recommend Earl!
Outstanding person and company. Waited 2 months for OPTIMUM RV to repair my new refrigerator Got it back, still broke…..Called Earl handled the warranty, came to my house, got new RV refrigerator under warranty, all done in less than 2 weeks.. Git er Done……
After pulling into our campsite and setting up, I noticed we had quite a leak coming from somewhere. I had an idea where it might be coming from but no ability to fix it. Earl was recommended by the office manager as someone who was very competent and reasonably priced. I gave him a call and he was down here the next morning. He quickly figured out the leak was coming from a broken inlet pipe to my grey tank and was able to fabricate a fix.
