I could not be happier than I am today . Thanks to Earl for fixing my RV problems . It was my first time camping by myself ( very new to the camping thing lol ) and what could go wrong did .. of course it did lol . I called Earl and he came to where I was camping . We had a problem with our electric going in and out. I called and Earl was there within the hour. He replaced the power outlet on our RV and was very professional. It ultimately did not fix the problem so he checked up the next day and made sure to get the problem taken care of immediately. Highly recommend! Just can’t say enough about this guy, he goes above and beyond to meet your needs! Not only is he very knowledgeable, dependable and reliable, he’s also a very nice guy who cares about his customers and their unfortunate situation. Earl rescued us when we our Jayco NorthPoint slides would not work. He was able to open our slides with his magical electronic gadget so we could access the RV. Earl recently rescued me when I was dealing with two non-operational slides on my 26’ Keystone Cougar. I had left my RV in commercial storage for approx 7 months and apparently left my Battery Disconnect Switch in the On position so my RV battery was no longer supplying a solid 12 VDC to my slide controller. I drove to Allegiance RV in Wildwood, spoke to some teenager behind the desk who explained the process for getting my RV checked into the shop. A sign informed me the Shop labor rate is $200/hr.
