Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. There were only 2 workers. There were 3 customers. I went in with my mom for pedicures, all 3 customers were also getting a pedicure. They sat us anyways and we waited for well over 30 minutes. Both of our water got cold. Once they finally started, the guy that was working on my toes was extremely rough and heavy handed. He didn’t ask me any questions about whether I wanted my toe nails cut or not. (Which I didn’t). He then started to go for an “ingrown toenail” I didn’t have an... read more
THE WORST IVE EVER BEEN TO‼️‼️. Went with my daughter to get pedicures and a manicure. We got the $52 Green Tea and Honey one. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT.‼️ they don’t do the massages it comes with they half ass the services PERIOD‼️. The $35 manicure I got came with my nails painted and literally a 1 minute arm RUB… How this place is even open is even disappointing ‼️‼️‼️
The experience of the kit was rather pleasant but i will say that the womans attitude was absolutely atrocious. Went there for my moms birthday yesterday and the man was trying to use a polish on my moms toes when she didn't even tell him what color she wanted and when my mom tried telling them the color the lady slammed her nail book closed then slammed it down on the counter. The nail tech lady was VERY rude. Went here with my fiance and his mom.......it was his first pedicure and her birthday. Everything was great until the nail tech guy was trying to paint my fiancé's mother's feet. He never asked her what color she wanted.....just grabbed a color he chose. When we told him stop, we're not comfortable, the nail tech lady started getting an attitude.
