If you don’t want to waste your money and time, please avoid this place! I paid $85 for a horrific manicure—and you don’t even want to see the pedicure. I’m truly upset. This was terrible service and definitely my first and last time coming here.

I thank God for saving me from this place. I walked in to ask about a service, and before I could even get a word out, they took one look at me and claimed they were closed. The nail tech at the front didn’t greet me or even make eye contact—it was actually another tech, already busy with a pedicure, who acknowledged me at all. DO NOT GO TO CRISTAL the lady who can’t speak English she doesn’t know how to do nails horrible experience. I paid for a wax and I had to leave without getting it because I was so upset. Go to the black lady she does a phenomenal job and is patient she is the one who did the second picture of nails I’ll never go to anyone else. I like this salon and the owner but do not go to Cristal.

I came in for a Brazilian wax last minute. I’m not sure why I thought it was a good idea to go there. The lady who waxed me had no idea of what she was doing. I’ve had waxes numerous times at places such as Rio waxing center and Thread on Union Tpk. She wore NO GLOVES. She blew on the wax as well on my privates the entire time. She had no skill or technique. Constantly ripping the same spots over and over until I was bruised and bleeding.
