This is a great, modern little nail salon centrally located in downtown Traverse City, upstairs in a 2nd floor suite. Trendy, youthful, clean. Glad I found it while on a vacation trip.
Very small but cute salon. Everyone there was nice and Olivia was very gentle with my nails. I asked her not to cut any live cuticle because I'm prone to infections and she understood and respected that. The massage that they give here for pedicures is more of a leg massage than leg + foot massage but still very nice. She double checked with me to make sure the temperature of everything was okay, and it was. Come here for anxiety-free service!

I am updating my review. The owner contacted me directly this morning and told me she would refund my money and said she would personally do my nails at no charge. I updated to a 4 star review for her customer service. The girl that did my nails is no longer working there. I had the worst experience ever. I very rarely get a manicure but my natural nails are in such good shape and long that I thought I would treat myself to a regular polish, French manicure. I booked on line with Tam.
