I went with my boyfriend yesterday, and the entire staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. This was my first time in Arizona—so of course, my first time here—and when I say they really took care of me, I mean it! I told them what I was looking for, and they immediately said, “Don’t worry, we got you!” My boyfriend said it was the best he’s ever had here, and we will definitely be back!

Asked for a cuticle cleaned up. Most places charge 5 to 8 bucks to clean up hand cuticle. I was charged 21 dollars. I asked to speak to someone out this. They had me go walk to the lady who did the nails, who was with someone. I didnt feel right talking to her about this in front of their other client and the whole store watching. The lady who did my nail she told me to go to the manager, who directed me to the lady who did my cuticle in the first place. Manager said manicure is 21 bucks.
