Absolutely Horrific Experience – Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Appalling I’ve had manicures and pedicures done around the world, but nothing could have prepared me for the traumatic experience I had at My Nail Salon on Tremont Street. To start, the salon was filthy and extremely cluttered—not the kind of space where hygiene or cleanliness seems to be a priority. Lisa, has been doing my nails for almost 2 years now. My nails are always beautiful and last long. I use dip and it's always beautiful! Lisa is the best! I'm there every 2 weeks standing appointment. Great place, great service

I had a 30 minute gel manicure 6 days ago. The gel started to lift off in a few days. This is unacceptable. Won’t be going back.
