I’ve been coming here for about two years and have always had such a great experience! I’ve never had a hard time getting an appointment, and they’re also super accommodating if I decide to walk in. You really can’t go wrong with anyone here. They have tons of great color options (even the new ones), are always receptive if you change your mind or want to switch something up, and everyone is genuinely so kind. Definitely my go-to nail salon in Boston!!

Do not go here. I got my hard gel removed (they put it on the appointment before and it was coming off). The tech drilled my nails so thin they’re now breaking off. Literally took a cuticle trimmer and PULLED OFF THE HARD GEL. Drilled into my nail bed repeatedly. Cuticles look terrible. The vibe in there is also very loud, stressful, and rushed. Never again.

This salon has been the best manicure and pedicure service I’ve ever had! Lisa is so talented and listens carefully to what I want. Strongly recommend!!!

I worked with Lisa from the South End location- she did an amazing job, took her time making sure I was happy with my nails. Would 10/10 work with her again! The nails are beautiful!
