Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I visited while I was heavily pregnant to have my gel polish professionally removed and to receive a manicure. I arrived with my own natural, long, healthy nails and every intention of returning to have a fresh gel polish applied in the future. Instead, the removal process left my nails badly damaged. Do not go here! They don’t respect the customer. They are dirty and use the machine too much. This older lady kept using the sanding machine on my natural nails beds. I kept nicely asking her to stop using the machine, I don’t need filing down my nail beds. She was rushing with the machine and cut 3 of my fingers. I was bleeding the whole time. I’ve been coming to My Nail Salon for three years now and I am always taken care of! You can almost always get a walk in appointment and they have a great selection of brands and colors to choose from. I usually see Kim who is the best! She takes her time to get all the little details right like shaping my nails and taking care of my cuticles. I feel like I’m actually taking care of the health of my nails as much as making them beautiful when I come here :)

Lisa is the best! She was super accommodating when I came in pretty late but made sure everything was perfect even though we had to stay past close. I definitely found my new neighborhood spot.
