We have taken our furbabies to Jackie at My Mitt Makeovers for a few years now. She does a excellent job in all of them long and short. They all love her and going there. One of mine use to go somewhere else which will remain nameless and she would come home very unhappy each time after a few times I thought something has to be wrong and that is when we found Jackie. Jackie was so sweet! My girls came back looking and smelling great! She had a young girl assistant there when I dropped them off that didn't seem very friendly, but in all I was happy with the visit and the work done. Can't believe someone posted a 3 star review because "it's too far from Pueblo". What???
I have four dogs that I take to Jackie for grooming. I must say that all of my dogs are short haired ( Chihuahua mixes) ,but two of them are feisty when it comes to clipping nails. So, I can't speak to any of her grooming techniques because there's no shaving involved. My dogs are never upset or nervous to go or when I pick them up. She complied with my request to only use certain shampoos due to dog allergies and not to spray my dogs (that cutesy smell). Her prices are extremely reasonable. Jackie is awesome with my babies Gia, Lailah and Miloh Sam. She's gentle and loving with them!
Jackie is absolutely wonderful with my dog. My dog doesn't like her feet messed with, yet Jackie makes her feel comfortable and trims her nails and hair perfectly. She comes back perfectly trimmed and happy. Best groomer I have ever taken my dog to.
Best place ever! Hands down⤵!!!! We finally found our home!!!!

My 2 Siamese cats Tink and Juni have been clients of My Mutt Makeovers for the past two years. Every 3-4 months they get their nails clipped here. I love Jackie's professionalism, animal expertise and her overall caring nature. I highly recommend this hometown business for any animal grooming needs.
