If I could give this company zero stars I would. We went without air for three full weeks because of their failure to see that the unit was beyond repair and needed to be completely replaced. After showing up unannounced several times (including once at 10:15pm) and milking American Home Shield for every penny they could on repairs and freon, they said they had to order a whole new condenser. "It is the Customer service I Take issue with. Our home is for sale and unit broke before having to leave town. They were assigned to us by our home warranty company. Our realtor was there for the initial visit and paid them the fee for service call. Technician returned to finish the job. There were additional cost not covered by warranty. So when I asked about what was owed so I could get payment to them. I was threatened if I didn't pay them they would put a lien on my home. Well, I was just informed of the cost. First class service all the way. We had Mr. Fixit come out and replace our AC unit and add ducting. He did for for considerably less than any other quotes we took. He also did an amazing job. They say you can have Quality, Speed, or a Good Price, just pick two. I think we got all three.

could not be happier with my new heat and air unit, He was easy to understand and he explained what to expect in every step of the process. the next closest bid I got was almost 1000.00 higher for my house. I will definitely use Jim for my next redo.
