Their mold-testing kit seemed much more professional and trustworthy than other at-home mold tests. I didn’t end up using it because my landlord hired a professional, and when I accidentally missed the return window, their team handled it incredibly well and refunded me before the return even arrived. Great customer service.
My Mold Detective does not use IAC2 standards. As a home inspector I will not use this company again. The reports look nice and come quickly however staff has limited knowledge and reports are not accurate based on IAC2 standards. Beware.
Easy to use and extremely accurate! Well worth the money. My remediation contractor was able to use the lab results to help solve our moisture and mold problem. No more must odors, no more respiratory infections in this house! Thank you MyMoldDetective!
