I never met this person. I only communicated by phone and text. His attitude is terrible and he doesn’t offer professional communication. I just want a part put on my car. He gets smart with every question you ask. I gave him my year make and model over the phone. Why would I send my address if I don’t know if you’re coming or not? Bless the men in Memphis lord!
Called to get alternator fixed. He told me the alternator “looked new”. He told me it’s a battery sensor that no one has in stock. Seemed like a respectable guy he went to autozone with me and I got the battery replaced. We couldn’t find the battery cables so he charged me $130 just to basically look at the car and tell me it’s not the alternator. My car just shut off while on the highway. I called him to see if he can come fix it for $100 since a full alternator replacement is $200 and $40 rush fee. I was already charged $1... read more
