A/C wasn't working - called and Rich said come right over. Diagnosed the issue within 2 minutes, sent me to the auto parts store for freon, came back and had cold A/C in under 10 minutes. I highly recommend Rich and this business. I will be back for all my auto needs. As the daughter of a mechanic, I have so much respect for the honest ones.
Rich and his crew did an excellent job on my vehicle. They replaced my alternator on my nissan and it's running better than ever. Thanks! I'll be returning for any other projects and I recommend him to others.
Have to change my review . I found out my dipstick tube was not in the right place, and oil was constantly pouring out of my truck Could have blown my engine. Spark plug wire was pulled and not plugged back in. Bolt for the oil dipstick tube bracket removed and was not replaced. Had to go to a Chevy dealer and another place to get these issues resloved. Got us in right away, professional, and car was fixed in half the time they said at half the price quoted at the dealership. Good communication. Would recommend.
Rich was the mechanic that helped me. He did a thorough consultation on my vehicle and tried to understand what I was saying. Was very helpful and has worked on a previous vehicle of mine as well which is why I came back to see him. Very appreciative of his help. Highly recommend Rich.
