Absolutely phenomenal service!!! Rico and Ashton not only fixed my alternator, they also kept us severely entertained. They worked through broken parts of my engine and spent way more time than they needed to giving us amazing service. Started raining and it didn’t matter, still finished the job at the original price he gave us even when it took way longer than expected. 10/10 will be going back for anything else I need
Rich was great! I am on a long distance trip and ran into some problems when all of my lights in my car came on. I called many places but Rich was the only one who could see me today. He saw us immediately and quickly ran on diagnostics on my cars computer, checked the fuses in my car, checked fluids. He found the problem and cleared the lights and topped off my coolant just in case. It was great, quick, painless experience to end a day of stress. Rich was incredible! I had a busted coolant hose, he got my car in right away and fixed it same day. He kept me informed the whole time and showed me exactly what the problem was. This is my first experience with a mechanic (my personal mechanic, aka. Dad, is back home while I’m away for college) and it could not have gone better! When Rich is working on your car, you’re in good hands- just as if I was back in my own dad’s garage. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely keep his number handy for the future!
I called rich and asked if I could come in and get my car inspected. He told me to come the same day and he looked it over. Had it diagnosed very quickly and professionally. Very hospitable and told me exactly what he was thinking and checking for. I came away with more knowledge and a good plan on what needed to be done.
I came to Rich to get my truck water pump fixed & he had me in and out quickly. Very affordable, very nice and knowledgeable service. Thanks again Rich!
