Very bad and Horrible customer service. I booked an appointment weeks in advance and took a half-day off from work to be home for the cleaners. Not only did they not show up during the scheduled time window, but no one even called to update me. I tried calling their number multiple times and got no response. Absolutely unprofessional way to run a business
Extremely disappointed with the service. I paid for a full deep clean, but it felt like the team just rushed through my house in an hour. They completely missed dusting the blinds, didn't even touch the baseboards, and left visible streaks all over my kitchen counters. When you pay a premium price, you expect attention to detail, not a superficial wipe-down. Would not recommend.
Great company and team! I have been using them for years. Highly recommend!
