All I knew was that I had a coolant leak. I chose this business because they were local/small and I expected to get what is listed on the tin, as they say. I love supporting small, local businesses here in Redmond because I've had very good experiences in the past. I can assure you, this business lives up to their name. We are super pleased with the My Mechanic shop here in Redmond. It’s not just the work that they do, it’s also the people that own and operate the shop. All in the same week, we randomly had a series of mechanical issues with three different vehicles in our family. They are very nice. But if you have questions you need to ask the office person, she willl relay the question to the mechanic and wait until the next day for am answer.

The staff was friendly and honest. They told me what was wrong and needed fixed, what didn't need repaired and which things could wait. They should change their name to my honest mechanic.
