very irresponsible. They can't fix my car for more than a month. I came for an appointment, I waited for a very long time. And when I arrived they said that they definitely won't be able to do it today. And how should I understand this? I don't recommend it
We came to Spartanburg for an Allstar tournament. My charging system started not working properly on Friday afternoon and we were referred to My Mechanic. They seemed very nice at first and had already ordered an alternator so I cancelled mine. As soon as it was delivered they started on the alternator. That evening the power saving active alert started showing up again so we had the battery checked it showed bad. We bought a battery, and had it installed. Light started coming back on. This is a great place to go for any tire work. They busy when I called and told me to come back later and got me in when they weren’t busy. They said it would take 45 min and it took a little over and so they gave me a discount. The people are super nice and helpful giving me recommendations for other work I may need. I highly recommend them!
do not go here if you have an electrical problem, they were looking for a short in my tail light circuit and told me they checked the whole circuit from front to back. They told me it was the combination switch and it turned out not to be the case. weeks later I take a look at the circuit myself and find a negative and positive wire stuck to each other at the end where the side indicator light is.
