My Mechanic is a great place to take your vehicle! They do a great job and charge a fair price. *Review is from 2020. Before they changed to Team Automotive.
My husband and I had our cargo van towed in to Team Automotive when the water pump and alternator went out in it recently. The staff was extremely helpful in getting our cargo van up and running right away. We only planned to be in town that morning for business when our van broke down. Since this was an extensive repair, we ended up having to book a hotel stay while we waited for repairs to be completed. Had a recent overdue oil change. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me full transparency with any issues with a good timeline for servicing them. But the best part—they didn’t adjust my seat to drive the car into or out of the garage!! Five stars!!
My mom went here for an oil change… never again will she go here.. she had a coupon for a $44.99 oil change. While they were doing the oil change, they found a screw in her tire. So they patched it. They then told her it would be $93. Then took $99 out of her account. No tire rotation or anything. $48 for a patch repair?? That’s insane. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
