My mom went here for an oil change… never again will she go here.. she had a coupon for a $44.99 oil change. While they were doing the oil change, they found a screw in her tire. So they patched it. They then told her it would be $93. Then took $99 out of her account. No tire rotation or anything. $48 for a patch repair?? That’s insane. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
I got my car in and out same day for a new alternator! The front desk man was lovely and even was accommodating to my schedule (I leave work when they are abt closed). The price was as expected, and I didn’t feel I was ripped off. The team also took the time to send me a thank you letter for choosing them! That shocked me and made me appreciate them even more. Yall will see me again! Thank you so much for taking care of my car!
Every person I encountered was kind and courteous. They are honest, communicative and made sure that I was back on the road safe. I will definitely be back!
VERY PROFESSIONAL & SERVICE FAR BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!!! We were passing through Sioux Falls, and our car broke down. We had our car towed, arriving at the shop after 8 PM, and one of their mechanics was still working on a truck. He took the time to look at our SUV, which allowed them to know what part to order the next morning. They got us back on the road as soon as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
