Ellis does a top notch job taking care of our vehicles. Very honest so it is great dealing with Ellis. We have had some bad experiences with car repair shops, both private and big name local dealers. You will never be overcharged for unnecessary work if you come here.
After calligng around and checking reviews for local garages, I was glad we went to see Ellis. He did a great job fixing our problem. He recommended a few different alternatives before doing the actual repair. Reasonable price and quality work. We have now found a local garage we can trust and will be taking our vehicles to Ellis in the future for any needed repairs.
Recently we had our car in for service and it was our first time using My Mechanic. The service was more than excellent! Ellis was courteous, honest, and took time to explain what needed to be fixed and why. When the diagnostic showed an issue that had two possible options for repair (one of them something only a dealership can handle), he recommended getting a second opinion before jumping in to another repair that may not be exactly what it needed. Will definitely come back when our car needs service again!!
Just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to My Mechanic! We were travelling and had car trouble. We were referred here and upon arrival, were greeted and immediately helped with diagnosing and then fixing the problem so we could be on our way again. The personal service that was shown (going to pick the part up vs. waiting for it to be delivered, allowing our 4 kids to take over the air conditioned office, inviting the kids to play & giving them something to drink, being honest and fair with the cost of the repair) was amazing an... read more
