New tenant. Made a report of a leak in my kitchen on 4/2. Yes I know it's been storming. The first maintenance response came in at 8am 4/3,which was good timing. But later around 12:56 that afternoon I received a text asking for me to send pictures which I already sent pictures and video. Ended up speaking with someone. Soon received a text stating that a vendor would contact us to make an appointment. So it's 4/4 and had not heard from a vendor. I have been a tenant for over 10 years with Premier Properties. I recently leased a new home with them. My agents ***** and ****** ***** were wonderful to me. They were honest about my rental options and worked with me for the best solutions. I have had many life challenges such as the deaths of a love ones and lack of employment. However, Premier Property Management and the owner were extremely understanding, supportive, and flexible. At the end of the day, my expectations were met and my overall experience has been great.
One of the property managers, that manages the south St. Pete area is very unprofessional. Upon moving in, Mid-May, I've gone a month without AC, couldn't keep my windows open, due to lack of follow up on the first maintenance request to put screens on ALL of my windows, to have some kind of air flow, and not be eaten up by mosquitoes. I made numerous attempts to follow up on the maintenance request to no avail. Rude and Racist!! Provided all documentation thats were needed from the courts to attorneys and apartment managers to still get called liars and told to find another company I guess they never seen educated hardworking black people before! I definitely dont recommend them! **** attitude was definitely horrible!!
Former tenant they stole my deposit and never even contacted me about returning it!! It's been months and I still haven't heard anything!! Then they find a way to lie to keep your deposit!
Terrible company. Voicemail full, cant leave voicemails, they dont answer the phone. Will leave you without AC for weeks until your animals die from heat exhaustion and still not fix. Terrible ****************, not prompt, not professional, seems their fixes are only bandaids. Within 2 years of renting, we have had EASILY over 60 days without AC. Mold, roaches, and prior water damages. Poor build quality of rental will raise your utilities significantly. Half our light fixtures flicker or do not work at all. Many unanswered ... read more
