I rented from Ray and Karen Perron at 437 Jackson st in Twin Falls and found this couple to be way less than honest. While there they added a lawn care fee to the rent amount. (There never was a lawn present) And they continued to add the amount up every month. They also refused to work with me even if I attempted to satisfy the bill. It lead to eviction because I refused to pay extortion. Mr. *********, did rent a home from our company. He was LEGALLY EVICTED from this property. Mr. ********* was also taken to small claims court for money's owed and damages. He was again FOUND GUILTY by another judge, (Judge Robinson). Mr. ********* is now being held accountable for his actions and is currently having his wages garnished to which I believe is causing him sour grapes to which he is projecting onto us. I am not sure what to say, I guess My Management Company & 2 different courts of law got it wrong?
