Terrible customer service! Employee told me $24 was the cheapest price for a package and when I went a mile down the road to USPS they charged $17. // DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE, ALL OF THE “POSITIVE” REVIEWS ARE FAKE //

Did not know this place existed til I had to pick up a package. Customer service is great! Very convenient.

I was looking for somewhere closer to home to ship my eBay items. Called to ask if USPS Media Mail was offered. Clerk didn't know if they offered the service, but would call the owner to see. Never got a call back. Stopped by in person, but still didn't know the cost of the service. Claimed that she was new and owner would "talk her through it" if I were to ship my item through them. Do you think I would risk my eBay satisfaction rating on such a lousy place?
