We had a full deep cleaning done of our home before Thanksgiving and the team that was sent out blew me away! They were right on time and cleaned every inch including the inside of our oven down to our baseboards in under 3 hours! We will definitely have them back! Make sure to ask for Carina's team.
Here was what happened : 1. They had a window to show up 8-10. Texted 9am saying they’ll be there in 20 min. Then an hour later they showed up. 2. The crew did not bring trash bags. What kind of cleaning service doesn’t bring trash bags? 3. First estimate it will take 2 hrs. Then turned to 3 and a half hours. Then turned to additional 45 min. Extremely bad estimates. 4. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! They will overcharge you. Charged me double the estimated price. And they didn't even clean the appliances as promised. When I attempted to reach out to them I kept getting the run around saying somebody would call me back. They never did. After 3 voicemails and 4 emails I gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Terrible way to do business.
Used My Maid Day to deep clean our house after moving in and unpacking - they were wonderful! They cleaned everything in the house - including blinds, floorboards and every service. They were right on time, professional and a delight to have in the house. Will be having them back for regular cleaning.
