Pocketed my money without even providing me the item that I had booked for/sent the deposit. EDIT to the owner's response: I had a booking for which I paid a security deposit. Up until the day of the booking, I received no follow-ups, no reminders regarding my booking and when I asked them to deliver the item, the owner said he's "eating dinner". Lol. No reminders and no communication whatsoever about my booking but have comfortably kept my deposit and refused to return it despite not even providing me the item/service.

I rented birthday party decorations, and Amit was incredibly helpful with his thoughtful ideas. To my surprise, the quote was much more affordable compared to other decor rental services. Everyone loved the arrangements—they looked elegant and classy. I would definitely recommend Amit and his team for party decor rentals.
