Rudest people ever. Even their review comments are rude... the most unprofessional business. You won't et your flowers - was told "they don't exist" when another florist produced them beautifully for cheaper....
I absolutely love businesses who support things close to my heart. I saw them as part of a fundraiser for PS Test, the only free STD and HIV related clinic in Palm Springs. So I stopped by today and I picked up this wonderful old man cactus! Thrilled with my purchase and the price and the service!!
Ordered flowers and they were delivered promptly. Only issue I had was that when I chose the flowers to be delivered I was told the price would be $115. After checking my bank account I noticed I was charged over $163. I called them and asked about the price increase and was told delivery and taxes. That was not disclosed to me over the phone and I was not given the total that was charged. This is something the company should disclose prior to charging your card. I just received the loveliest flower delivery from this shop. It was one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever gotten. Orchids, tulips, roses, hydrangeas and little red calla lilies were all artfully arranged. The glass pot was filled to the brim with water, making sure the flowers were happy in the 90 degree heat. The delivery was great too, as they texted in advance as to how to get into our gated community. I will be using them in the future. Couldn't be happier.
I called My Little Flower shop to order an arrangement for a very special friend who was turning 80. Gregory took my order and wrote the card. I said to please send a text photo of the arrangement when finished. I offered to pay up to $185 , because I wanted something gorgeous, he said he was getting orchids and hydrangeas in the next day.
