Ravin was prompt, kind and courteous! Took the extra step to provide great customer service!
I’m sure the limo service is great, but the customer service was unfortunate as they advertised student pricing for a certain price. When inquired to use the service I was quoted 2x the student pricing. Seemed like false advertising to me, so I booked with a competitor.
I booked transfer to and from the airport. Guy doesn't show up. Doesn't answer the phone. Almost missed my flight. Good thing the flight was delayed otherwise I'm sure they won't reimburse me for my missed flight. Got a call 30min later and Ravin tells me sorry. No idea why the driver didn't show up. Can't take chances like this. I recommend not using their service.
Great service for all walks of life.
Ravin has an attitude problem. Over charges and doesn't pay drivers enough. Will never use him again.
