Upon arrival, Terry was quite friendly and attentively listened to the plumbing issues we were experiencing. After a swift inspection, he detailedly outlined our options along with the advantages and disadvantages of each. Once we made a decision on which path to follow, he got down to work. i required a new water heater and a leak to be fixed. jason from billy & sons plumbing arrived punctually, demonstrating both safety and professionalism. he clearly outlined the necessary work and offered a reasonable quote. he managed to finish all the required tasks within an acceptable timeframe. i highly recommend their services and i will definitely contact billy & sons plumbing again for any future plumbing issues in lakewood.

On Christmas Day, Maurice from Billy & Sons Plumbing came out to assist my parents with their sump pump issue in their flooded basement in Lakewood. He not only fixed the issue swiftly and competently but also managed to get their house heater and hot water heater operational again. Maurice provided excellent customer service and helped us out of a tricky situation.

we had an urgent situation where our main sewer line needed immediate replacement. i reached out to billy & sons plumbing on a tuesday at midday. by the same afternoon, maurice had arrived for an initial inspection. by thursday afternoon, our new sewer line was up and running. i have to commend maurice and connor for their incredible work ethic and professionalism. they faced some unexpected challenges but managed to overcome them with ease. i'm really grateful for their service and highly recommend billy & sons plumbing.
