My two are patients from Dr Bolanos for about 7 years and I’m very happy with her services, attention to detail with my kids, and her staff.
I was very disappointed with how they handled my call to schedule an appointment. I called back at the end of June and was never called back. I called again on 11/13 left a message gave all my daughters information an was told someone would call the next day, and they never did. I called again and complain about how no one ever called me and was transferred to someone in which the never came to the phone. I called back and told them to forget, and that I was very displeased.
