If I could leave zero stars, I would. Telling someone they accept all insurances and then saying I would be reimbursed $450+ by my insurance (i only received 216.00 back - for a cleaning!!!) and not explaining that $431.00 is for the cleaning only when they are not in any insurance network, claim they don't tell patients what we will be reimbursed(which they did) and excuse every misrepresented bit of information they have given me by saying they waived a $15.00 missed appointment fee is unacceptable and poor business ethi... read more
