We are beyond grateful to Dr. Li and his amazing team. When my son first started his orthodontic journey, he was shy about his smile and rarely showed his teeth in photos. From the very first visit, the team made him feel comfortable and cared for. they always took the time to explain what was happening and encouraged my son every step of the way. They always do their best to get us in as needed. Son is having a good experience with staff. We miss the mother daughter duo that was in ortho!
Dr. Arora is an absolute gem. We enjoy seeing her and her team get my small kiddo to relax and enjoy the dentist experience and getting his teeth checked on. She has many tips and tricks to get our son to participate in the process. Her team is experienced and also very patient and willing to try different methods when my son was not very happy about being at the dentist. Thankful for a wonderful dentist.
Didn't see us for 40min and showed up 15min early to appt = total of almost an hour of staring/waiting. I'm sure there are reasons why, still don't love it. Otherwise, workers are polite.
