Our family’s experience with My Kid’s Dentist at the Oakville location was excellent. The staff were very friendly, the dentist and hygienist were attentive and made sure my son was very comfortable during his procedure. They did fantastic work and my son had a pleasant experience because they ensured that he was comfortable despite it being his first real procedure at a dentist’s office. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family!
I’m very grateful that Dr Ghatak took the time to talk to me over the phone (no charge). He called me back close to 7 pm (end of work day) knowing that I was a bit nervous and lost in terms of next steps re treatment for my child. He discussed in detail and patiently answered my questions. Thank you!
My daughter is scared of needles, and the staff go out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Service is excellent. I usually work with Shareen for the paperwork, and she is fantastic
