Unprofessional and terrible customer service/lack of service and communication. Ordered a spoiler waited months and they shipped out a diffuser. Was told the discontinued the spoiler. So, if that was the case why would they ship me a different part and not just refund me my money knowing they didn’t have that part available anymore? Now I can’t get a refund cause they shipped the wrong part to me. How does that make sense?
Trash don’t buy from them. Heads up
Customer service was great, product took along time to get to me because it was custom ordered (not their fault) and when it arrived they went through a step by step of how to install and what not to do so I don’t damage my kit in the process. Awesome company and definitely do recommend, only downside I’m aware of is no veteran/military discounts but that’s about it awesome people.
Excellent aftermarket parts importer. They are able to procure a ton of rare JDM brands. The staff are great to work with as well when you have questions.
