Very disappointed in the response to my complaint. 90 percent of the work was satisfactory but the 10 percent was not addressed to my satisfaction. I should have had a contract that specified what work was to be done, my mistake.
Very bad experience with even trying to have an estimate done. I needed quite a bit of cleanup work, and then hoping to arrange a long-term maintenance of my 10k sq ft yard. They didn't answer my request in a timely manner, then when they finally did, they said they'd come on Monday afternoon. I made sure I was here, moved some things around so I could be here then...and waited. They were not only a no-show, but they apparently couldn't be bothered to call or text or email to let me know. Yard clean-up, sod and mulch From beginning to end, this project went smoothly and within my desired time frame. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Excellent service at a price that was fair. I also asked them to maintain the yard on a weekly basis and will update this review if anything changes. Strongly recommend!
