MIS and Gary W***** do not deliver the promised value they preach. Gary teaches three day seminars and then tries to sell a $25,000 mastermind to students. I joined with a few other individuals, needles to say we're all asking for refunds for many reasons. There's no value in Gary's material or mentorship, it's extremely unorganized and he's always on the run when we're on calls. Gary can't remember previous conversations, has called me the wrong name on calls and hasn't progressed my real estate career an inch. MIS and Gary... read more
Doesn't deliver supposed material. keeps says that's made available to you at the next level. the "live" discussions are pre-recorded and of little value.
