My House is the best in the valley! Showroom is beautiful, location is central to everything. Eddie and the team are amazing, they're a family business. Customer service is the best, and they are extremely knowledgable in all things plumbing fixtures and hardware.
Fixtures only no plumbing or hardwate
This is my go to place for all my remodels, gives my remodels that extra touch I need to make them stand out, staff is great very knowledgeable to help me stay in budget and deliver quality.
They were great at taking my $50,000+ for my initial order. Then, they could have cared less about servicing my ongoing needs. Need replacement cartridges - good luck getting a return call or email. Need customer service with a faulty product - no attention whatsoever. I have tons of email documentation corroborating this. I normally don't review businesses (good or bad), but I really feel like I got a raw deal. I like treating people the way I want to be and this definitely doesn't occur here.
