Great customer service and very knowledgeable.
I walked into the plumbing supply store looking for a diamond in the rough... a cartridge for a TOTO bathtub handle that decided my tub should double as a slow-drip water feature. Gus, my guy, looks at me and basically says, "hold my beer," then disappears into the back for a solid 10 minutes like a plumbing wizard entering the spell library. My House is the best in the valley! Showroom is beautiful, location is central to everything. Eddie and the team are amazing, they're a family business. Customer service is the best, and they are extremely knowledgable in all things plumbing fixtures and hardware.
