We invested thousands of dollars at this store for our kitchen remodel, purchasing two SHAWS sinks for approximately $4,600, along with faucets, cabinet hardware, and other kitchen fixtures. We expected premium products and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, after only one month of installation, both sinks were damaged. One developed a chip in the finish, and the other has a scratch on the top edge. For products at this price point, this is completely unacceptable. I’m extremely happy with the service and highly recommend this company. About three years ago, I purchased all the faucets and plumbing hardware for my house from them. Recently, I noticed some rust on one of the faucets, so I came in to order a replacement. A gentleman named Guss Carrillo checked my purchase history and let me know that my faucets were still covered under their 10-year warranty. I walked into the plumbing supply store looking for a diamond in the rough... a cartridge for a TOTO bathtub handle that decided my tub should double as a slow-drip water feature. Gus, my guy, looks at me and basically says, "hold my beer," then disappears into the back for a solid 10 minutes like a plumbing wizard entering the spell library.
