Charles was excellent. He visited our new build once a week to make sure everything was going on schedule. He also was very helpful in helping things get fixed that we might have missed during our walk through. Charles goes way beyond what other Real Estate Agents would do. I would highly recommend Charles to anyone interested in buying a new home.
