By far the best management group we've worked with in any state. Particularly like the way TMG has thought through the process from the point of view of both the owner and renter and have created protocols for quickly and easily taking care of potential issues.
Very disappointing to have this changed from one property management group to now this group where we didn't pay a processing fee for auto-payments. Direct deposit shouldn't be charged each transaction so you can make your 2.50 off each owner.
Met with Ben, and he is extremely knowledgeable and put my mind at ease with his experience and management style.
Have done a lot of work with The management group and Ben has been great!
