Mai Tax Services didn't inform me properly about my quarterly tax payments and I was charged unnecessary penalties/interests. As a consumer, I trusted that tax professionals will do their due diligence in communicating to me properly. I also called twice to get answers to some questions regarding tax credits for 2021. They said they would get back to me, but never did. Disappointing!
