Lived at 12405 Zeller for 11 months, I’d highly suggest going somewhere else! Unless you want health issues, to deal with very poor management and maintenance! Seriously went months without instillation under the house, doubt they changed it in the attic which is covered in rat poop, rat issues! Mold issue! Windows that keep in very little heat. Trust 1400 sounds like a steal of a deal but you’re really going to be paying more oh AND your power will go out all the time 😊
The staff and their customer service separates them from the rest. If you are looking for a friendly and reliable Property management firm to oversee your property and most importantly it’s tenets. My Home Group is numero Uno!
I would highly recommend My Home Group Property Management to anyone looking for a house to rent. Angela and Rose great! I never had trouble getting in touch with them when I had questions.
Angela and Rose went above and beyond for us. They were our property managers for the rental we had and handled everything quickly and respectfully. When we decided to buy they showed us multiple houses, walked us through the entire process, and made sure our needs were met. They have gone above and beyond for us and got us into the perfect home!
So, I know people are skeptics when it comes to the reviews but let me say this. My HOME GROUP REAL ESTATE are the best in the PNW!
