I had a very horrible experience. The buyer backed out once and then moved forward. After the ******* money was placed on my home to sell and then to the one to purchase they backed out again. This has been a very unprofessional experience. The agents need to make sure the buyers are ready to purchase a home and not allow this to happen to anyone.
