Michelle is the laziest most incompetent person I have ever been unfortunate enough to encounter. Not only did she take four months to respond to my email, her response was entirely useless. Look elsewhere.

The place is ok. Like several others mention my car, and my neighbors vehicles, were all broken into at some point in my 2 years living here. It's also a very noisy neighborhood. The car wash across the street especially attracts numerous cars with loud stereos at all hours of the day, and for that alone I would not want to live there again.

I stayed there for eight years (2014 through 2021). After I left, they set my due payments for maintenance and repair to the collection agencies, without even contacting me over email or phone. They had information about both. Due to this irresponsible action, my credit rating went down. I am still suffering for this.

The best thing I did at this location was not renew my lease. My bike got stolen from the bike rack (while it had a lock on it) and multiple cars in the parking lot have been broken into. Suspicious people had been present on the property and had supposedly been a harm, but no information was given as to how they could harm us. Rent had been increased for the last two years, but it is not put towards security.
