Sold my house to them directly. They are an investment firm and a Realty company. Great doing business with them! They know the market and offered me a great honest price!
I brought a home through them in 2019, seamless. They worked with me with some renovation and upgrades that I requested. No drama no price hikes in the modifications I asked for. I recently went back to buy another house. They have in house advisors for Mortgage so they were able to help my friend secure funding and find a house in their budget. Honestly they're a small company but that's what you need not the big ones like compass etc, they have to please their regional managers.
I'm an architect myself and I believe the homes they presented were too overpriced. Please, keep that in mind if you go see them.
