My AC went out and they came out the next day and was able to fix the issue. Bryan was great. He explained everything and made me feel comfortable with the process.
Call them for HVAC! I have been doing a lot of work to my house lately, and have been dealing with contractors and companies of all kinds. I honestly wish Rick (the owner) and his company did more than HVAC. They’re the best company I’ve ever dealt with, no matter what the trade. I have been a customer for over 9 years. Now there is new ownership. I called for service. They arrived the next day, and soon found what they believed to be the issue. Needed testing to confirm; they were correct and a part was ordered. Still had issues and in a short story, it turned out to be a manufacture's issue. It took a few trips, but each time Tim was a TRUE professional. (So, good people of Columbus, I have no cat story!!!) On the last day, the owner also showed up. I absolutely love this company. My AC wasn't working so I called another company to come out for service. Within 10 min of being there told me I need a whole new unit as well as furnace and they were pressuring me to get it that day for the sale price of $8,000! I decided to get a few estimates before agreeing to anything and boy am I glad I did. We discovered an issue with our AC late yesterday evening. I called and spoke to Angela this morning and she scheduled an appointment for early this afternoon. Tim came out and checked out our unit and was able to fix everything for us in a few hours. I can not say enough how wonderful both Angela and Tim were to work with! I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family.
