I highly recommend Leigh she has had such a positive impact on my life with helping me change my mindset with my constant chronic pain and anxiety. Really little changes have made such a big difference in my way of thinking and dealing with everyday situations which has helped me focus positively on life. Leigh has given me amazing strategies that have 100% stuck with me and work. I cant thank her or her gorgeous therapy dogs enough.
