The receptionist was excellent and went above and beyond to help me. Also to answer any questions I might have.
Had to send one of my hearing aids in it quit working. No offer to give me a replacement till work was done. But they took care of me right away as a walk in no appointment

Who likes to go to the dentist, doctor, or an audit? Anybody answer yes? Didn’t think so. When I showed up for my appointment, I was greeted with a friendly hello, a bottle of cold water, and a reassurance of quick dependable service. The auditory technologist was VERY succinct in his field. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend this particular establishment to EVERYONE.
